Chicken Alfredo

4 Chicken Breasts cubed - not too small - not too big
Judd House Seasoning
Olive Oil
White Bechemel Sauce (I'll post the recipe)
Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
Spaghetti Noodles (1 lb)

In large boiling pot, start water to boil your noodlesIn pan, place approx 1tbsp of Olive Oil and heat up. Saute up the chicken, season to taste. (Pasta water should be boiling - place noodles in the water) When chicken is 'white' in color add your sauce. Heat Through. You may add some of the pasta water in to the sauce - it helps it cling to the noodles. :) When pasta is done - add to sauce and Serve.

To Garnish: add Italian Parsley and Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Serve with: Yummy Green Salad, Garlic Bread and roasted Asparagus
