Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds cream cheese
3 tbsp Sherry Vinegar (or champagne vinegar)
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp curry
1 tbsp ginger
1 tsp dry mustard
3-4 green onions
2/3 cup chutney
6 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 ounces chopped walnuts
Directions:
Whip cream cheese with vinegar, sugar and spices.
Fold in onion, chutney, cheese and nuts
Chill overnight
Serve with fresh sliced apples, pears and crackers to scoop up the dip!
