Ingredients:
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 6 tbsp. green chili
- 6 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 cup salsa
- 20 small tortillas
- Oil
- Lime wedges
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients up to tortillas. Place 2 tbsp. of mixture on each tortilla and roll up; secure with toothpicks. In skillet, heat 3/4 inch oil to 350°. Fry in batches until golden, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve with limes.
