Peach Pie Recipe

Just thought I would share a yummy recipe I just got from a friend. :) Not sure if it works in the "nutritional" department but it sure works in the YUMMMMMM-OOOOOh department!! :) Fast and easy and no bake and the children can easily help do it. Peach Pie (you can substitute with any fruit combo) Crush 3/4 package of Pecan Sandies Cookies & mix with 1/2 stick of butter. Press into pie plate. Slice enough peaches to fill shell (can use canned or 7-8 peaches). Mix 1 can Eagle Brand milk with 1/4 cup lemon juice until thick. Then pour on top of sliced peaches. Whipped cream on top and VOILA!! Easy yummy FHE dessert or Company dessert. A few extra tips: * Mix the milk and juice first so that you can pour it directly over the peaches before they turn colors. * I usually serve the slice of pie with more cookie crumbs sprinkled on top. :)   ~ Tammy Judd & the Chicken Crew aka: Kierstyn (9), Kaity (8), Clayton (6), Taryn (3), Quade (2)
