Syrupy Pancake Bake

Syrup -

   2 tsp water
   1 cup packed lt brown sugar
   1/2 cup butter

Top Layer -

  1 egg
  1 scant cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:

   1. Bring syrup ingredients to a boil in small saucepan then pour into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Set Aside.
  2. In large mixing bowl, combine all Top Layer ingredients and beat well. Pour over Syrup.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
This is what is for breakfast tomorrow. YUM!! :)
