Chicken Pillows

YUM! My niece,Heidi,told me about this recipe and I tweaked it to fit our family!! :) (you know, Mr Curtis is a NON VEGETABLE kind of guy!!)
Ingredients:
1/2 a Roasted Chicken (can replace with canned/bottled chicken)
1 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
1 Tsp Judd House Seasoning (equal parts Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder)
2 cans Crescent Rolls OR 1 package Won Ton Wrappers (small)
OPTIONAL Ingredients:
1 can Roasted Green Chili's drained (Optional)
1 Onion - GRATED (you can dice yours, if your family likes 'em)
1 Celery Stalk - diced fairly small
1 Carrot - diced fairly small
1 Red or Yellow Bell Pepper - diced fairly Small
Green Onion to taste and to garnish the top.
Mix all ingredients. Put a drop at a time onto roll dough or won ton wrappers. Roll up/close up. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes at 375 degrees. (you can fry the won tons and that is pretty yummy, too) YUM!!
