Ingredients
10 pounds (40 C) Bread flour
2 1/2 C white sugar
8 tsp salt
2 C instant non-fat dry milk
How to make it
Dump all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.
Store in an air tight container for up to 6 months.
You can also store in zip lock bags.
Put it in the freezer to keep it extra fresh.
Be sure to identify and date the mix with a permanent marker.
Make it a great one!!
