otherwise known as Cucumber Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup evoo
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cups plain yogurt (greek)
- 1 cucumber (peeled and halved lengthwise
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, evoo, garlic, salt, & Yogurt. Grate the cucumber halves into the mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve Chilled.
